We are confident you will love all of our bags, however if you are unhappy for any reason you can return your order within 28 days of receiving it. We will then issue a full refund (cost of goods and standard shipping). Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item you have received is faulty. Refund payments are usually cleared within 1-3 days, however it could take longer depending on the bank / card issuer.
To request a return, follow the steps below;
If you do not wish to use our returns label, you can use your preferred courier, however we highly recommend sending returns via a tracked service as we cannot refund any items we do not receive back. We will then refund the cost of the item(s) and standard shipping. If you purchased more than 1 item, only the price of the returned item(s) is refunded, and not standard shipping. You have a duty of care while the items are in your possession, and a deduction in the refund amount can be made if the value of the items have been reduced. Please keep all tags attached and items in their original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can do so by following the steps above. We will then contact you to ask if you would like us to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
We do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please submit a return request by following the steps above. We will then issue a refund once we receive the item back. You can then place another order for a different item if you wish.
