Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) will usually be delivered in 1-2 working days. We are confident you will love all of our bags, however if you are unhappy for any reason you can return your order within 28 days of receiving it. We will then issue a full refund (cost of goods and standard shipping). Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item you have received is faulty. Refund payments are usually cleared within 1-3 days, however it could take longer depending on the bank / card issuer.
